Pinarello Dogma F12 Uranus Black/Red 429
The Dogma F12 is a stiff, light road bike and the small improvements made on aesthetics have made it possible to obtain an aerodynamic advantage with a 7.3% reduction in air resistance, for a saving of 8 watts of power less per maintain 40 km/h compared to the previous Dogma F10 version.
The frame made of Torayca 1100 1K carbon fiber has increased the bicycle's responsiveness and power transmission, while the completely redesigned cross sections of the chainstay have allowed a 10% improvement in lateral stiffness.
The bicycle is offered in both the Disk version and the one with traditional brakes (a difference of just 20 grams between the two frame versions) and with an electronic or mechanical groupset (Sram, Shimano and Campagnolo) in 13 sizes.
“The new Pinarello Dogma F12 looks and feels special too – said Chris Froome – As athletes we have full faith in Pinarello. We know we will be able to compete for the biggest races in the world on the F12, as we have on all the their bike since the beginning of the Team Ineos adventure I can't wait to race the Tour of Yorkshire for the first time and it will be great to ride a new bike when we start racing as Team Ineos"
