Our terms and conditions of sale

The following conditions of sale exclusively regulate the online sales relationship on the website. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. They are intended to be valid exclusively for purchases made online on the site and are in no way intended to represent the prices applied in the point of sale at M3 Sport S.r.l. in Via Acquette 1/A 21030 Cuveglio (VA).

M3 Sport S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced based on the prices indicated in the order placed by the Customer. The Customer can only purchase the items highlighted as "available" at the time the order is sent, as described in the relevant information sheets. Normally the items inserted are actually available in stock, however if the size is missing, we will notify you and possibly offer other products in the suitable size. The correct receipt of the order is communicated by M3 Sport S.r.l. via an e-mail sent to the address communicated by the Customer during registration. This message will contain the order identification number, date and all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections.

If desired, the Customer can also personally collect the goods at the Peruffo Cicli headquarters (M3 Sport S.r.l.) in Via Acquette 1/A 21030 Cuveglio (VA).

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS

We kindly ask our customers to verify that the number of packages matches what is indicated on the waybill and to always sign subject to inspection with the courier—even if there are no visible damages to the packaging or sealing tape. In case of any issues, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the goods by sending detailed photos. If the package is not signed subject to inspection, the right to return or refund will not be granted.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer is obliged to provide the exact shipping address, any VAT number (if it is a company or wishes to receive an invoice), one or more telephone numbers, possibly mobile numbers and the e-mail address to which to send the Letter of Order. The Customer declares that he has not entered false or imaginary data in the order form and therefore declares that the data entered correspond to his real personal data. M3 Sport S.r.l. reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse in the appropriate venues. In the event that the Customer transmits incorrect data, any storage costs at the couriers' depots and any deterioration suffered by the goods will be borne by the Customer himself.

REQUEST INVOICE

Pursuant to art. 22 of the Presidential Decree 26/10/72 n. 633, the invoice is issued only if requested at the time of the order; in this case, you must indicate the company name, VAT number and tax code. If the buyer is a private individual, if he wishes to receive an invoice, he must also enter his Tax Code during registration, otherwise, in the absence of this information, a simple receipt will be issued and it will no longer be possible to issue the invoice. The fiscal document (invoice or receipt) will be attached to the transport document that accompanies the package.

COMMUNICATIONS

Any communications and notifications from the Customer may be forwarded via: – email to info@peruffo.com – ordinary mail to the address: M3 Sport S.r.l. Via Acquette 1/A 21030 Cuveglio (VA) M3 Sport S.r.l. will contact the Customer using the contact details provided in the order.

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE SALES

M3 Sport S.r.l. recognizes the buyer's right of withdrawal provided for by Legislative Decree 21/2014 which implements EU Directive 83/2011. Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the Customer has the right, without indicating the reasons, to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, the same must send to M3 Sport S.r.l. a simple communication in which this will is expressed.

The communication may be sent in one of the following ways: – email to the address: info@peruffo.com – registered mail to our office: M3 Sport S.r.l. Via Acquette 1/A 21030 Cuveglio (VA).

The right applies to the goods purchased in their integrity; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on a part of the product.

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, packaged with the same materials and methods as when they were received in order to guarantee their return in excellent condition.

Shipping costs relating to the return are the responsibility of the Customer.

After receiving the goods and checking their state of conservation, M3 Sport S.r.l. will refund via PayPal or bank transfer the amount of the order excluding the cost of shipping, assembly costs and any changes made.

N.B. Any variation regarding the components of the bicycle (after sale) is entirely the responsibility of the buyer (including disassembly - reassembly costs).

TAX-FREE PURCHASES

EU Customers

For customers selecting a destination address within an EU country, VAT is already included in the price (Italian VAT at 22%).

Non-EU Customers

For customers selecting a destination address outside the EU, prices will be VAT-exempt. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on the laws of the destination country. VAT exemption applies to non-EU citizens who purchase an item with a value equal to or exceeding € 70.00, VAT included (22%).

VAT Refund Procedure

Purchases made directly on our website with shipping outside the European Union are VAT-exempt. If you collect the goods directly from our store, an electronic invoice including Italian VAT will be provided. You will have 30 days from the invoice issuance date to clear the goods at any Italian border customs office or international airport. With a simple procedure, a clearance stamp will be issued for the VAT refund. Once the goods are cleared, the electronic invoicing system will display the VAT exemption eligibility. Consequently, our administration will issue a bank transfer directly to your account (details provided beforehand) equal to the amount of the Italian VAT.

Do I need to pay the 22% VAT upfront?

NO, if the shipment is to a non-EU country using a courier service.

YES, if you pick up the bike in person. The 22% VAT will be refunded in full without any commission. A bank transfer will be made directly to your account within six months from the customs clearance date.

How much of the VAT paid upfront is refunded?

The full amount of the 22% VAT will be refunded.
