All shipments are made with intelligent tracking system via GLS and BARTOLINI BRT couriers for Italy and FEDEX, DPD, DHL or EUROEXPRESS for abroad.
Insured shipping on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to ensure the highest quality of service.
For bicycles to be assembled, the timing will be defined at the time of the order.
Delivery times refer to products available for immediate delivery. For other products, the delivery date will be communicated via e-mail and/or telephone.
In case of exceptional events, strikes, force majeure, traffic or acts of authority, these times may not be respected. M3 Sport S.r.l. is also not responsible for delays attributable to the courier and in no case can it therefore be held responsible. Any delays in deliveries do not give the Customer the right to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or indemnities of any kind.
All orders received from Thursday to Sunday will be processed the following week.
If any damage is found to the packaging or the closing tape of the package, it will be necessary to sign with reservation to the courier and inform us immediately by taking photos at the time of receipt of the package.
